Hopefully, the warmer weather comes and we can get out and draw, paint or photograph a few new pieces of art work. What are you working on or planning? I am heading out East this summer and hoping to get some great photos to paint or draw when I get back.
Starting July 27th the Richmond Village Art Club will have a booth at the North Gower Farmers Market. Stop by, and meet the artist. We will have art work displayed. It will be different artist each week from July 27 to Oct 12.

Please, join the RVAC on May 4th for our Spring Show. We are supporting the Richmond Youth Group. We will be collecting new games, sport equipment or a cash donation. Support your local kids.

The Richmond Village Art Club is getting to launch our RVAC Business Page. Which allows businesses in Richmond to exhibit a piece or two of our artwork on their business walls.
As a business you will be helping out your local artist and have your work space looking fabulous.
If the artwork does happen to sell at your business you will receive a commission for that sale, as a thank you for exhibiting our art work. As a business you, will get to replace the piece that has sold. We will be changing over the artwork once a month, unless you would like to carry that piece over.
Other business can request the art piece the following month.

We, at the Richmond Village Art Club would like to extend our warm wishes for a wonderful holiday season and Merry Christmas.
We thank you for the wonderful support over the past year and our shows in June and November, 2018. We hope to have your continual support in the coming year.
We have artist of the month at the Village Shoppe and our artist will be showing art work at the local library.

It is getting close to our November 17th Christmas Artist and Artisan Art Show! A long title but great art work in many different mediums on display at the show. All the art work is $100.00 and under. How great is that! Come out to the Richmond Dining Hall on Perth Street in Richmond from 11 am to 4pm.
We will be accepting donations for the Richmond Food Bank at the show.

This coming weekend is the Richmond 200 and we will be at the Curling club on Perth Street from June 16th (noon to 6pm) and Jule 17th ( noon to 4 pm). Come out and see our wonderful , colourful exhibition! Enter our contest to win a gift basket from DeSerres ( non refundable). See you there.
