I have called Richmond home for the past fifteen years.
My artistic pursuits have manifested in various forms for more than thirty years. Previously I worked at waterfowl woodcarving, stained glass, mosaics, and now paint landscapes in both oil and acrylic. Recently I have studied with Gordon Harrison and some of my work reflects his style.
I am married, with two children and enjoy finding inspiration for
my art from our travels and from boating area waterways.
Dianne Oost
Elena Khomoutov
Lena’s art works focus your attention on joy, love, balance and beauty of the world.
Seven similar elements in her paintings represent a good luck, and the owl – a wisdom. The owl is hidden. Have a fun to find it 🙂 …

Wendy Southin
Most days you will find me in my home studio either designing and creating jewelry and altered art or teaching creative workshops.
I’m inspired by texture and layers in everyday life and nature itself. This is reflected in my work while I use a variety of elements and techniques in both my jewelry and altered art creations.
Although my favourite metal to use in jewelry is copper, you will also find other metals, semi-precious beads, found objects and resin.
My altered art projects are created with anything from paper to paint and ink, to metal embossing and found objects.
